Complete the following fields to add certain events or activities to occur each time a case of the selected case type is closed.
Today and Future Hearing Fields
Select Today and Future Hearings if you want to specify what should happen to future hearings on the case when it is closed.

Hearing Type |
Type any hearing types you want to cancel in this field, or click to select hearing types from the list. When the case is closed, any future hearings of the specified hearing types are canceled

Setting Reason |
Select the reason that should be displayed on canceled or deleted hearing settings. |

Open Warrant Fields
Select Open Warrants if you want to specify what should happen to open warrants on the case when it is closed.

Add Event Fields
Select
Add Events if you want to add events to the case when it is closed. You can then click

Events header to add an event to the case close defaults.
Open Bond Fields
Select Open Bonds to specify bond types to change, and to select the status and location you want to apply to these bonds.

By default, bond status or location changes occur on the date the case is closed. If you change the date using the Date field on the Case Close dialog box, the date of the bond status or location change also updates.
If a case type is configured to prevent case closure through the Prevent Case Close Default section on the Add/Modify Case Type dialog box, then the new fields are unavailable.
If a case type has the open bond configuration set, the options in the Prevent Case Close Default section on the Add/Modify Case Type dialog box are unavailable.
