Add Event to Case Close Default Fields

Complete the following fields to add an event to a case types case close defaults.

Add Event Fields

Field Name	Field Description
Type	From the drop-down list, select the type of event you want to add when cases of this case type are closed.
Comment	Type any additional comments related to the event added.
