Basic Calculator Fee Program Fields
| Field Name | Field Description |

| Fixed / Range | Select Fixed to set a fixed calculation, or select Range to set a fee range. |
| Label | Type the label you want to be displayed for the calculator. |
| Amount | This field is only displayed when Fixed is selected. Type the fee amount. |
| Range/Amount | This section lets you add a mileage range to be applied. Click  , and then type an amount in the Range and Amount columns.
