The Adjust Texas OCA Pending Numbers function allows you to adjust the ending pending numbers for the last report run in a
"final mode."
If an ending pending number for the last report run is adjusted, then the beginning pending numbers for the next month are
also adjusted.
When adjusting the pending numbers, you must adjust them based on the numbers that are already in this screen. For example,
if when the report is run the Other Civil Cases column shows a pending number of 100 but the actual number is 97, the numbers will need to be adjusted.
If pending numbers need to be adjusted for a month other than the ending pending of the last final run, then the final run
for the most recent report must be removed.
To adjust Texas OCA pending numbers:
