Adjust Texas OCA Pending Numbers Fields

Depending on the report selected in the Report field, the fields in which you can adjust the pending numbers vary.

Report	From the drop-down list, select the report for which you want to adjust the pending numbers.

County Court Civil Monthly Report

The following fields are available if you select County Court Civil Monthly Report in the Report field.

Field Name	Field Description
Timestamp	This field is automatically populated with the date on which the last report was run.
Month	This field is automatically populated with the month for which the last report was run.
Year	This field is automatically populated with the year for which the last report was run.
Injury/Damage Motor Vehicle	Type the new pending number.
Injury/Damage Not Motor Vehicle	Type the new pending number.
Tax	Type the new pending number.
Debt	Type the new pending number.
Divorce	Type the new pending number.
Other Family	Type the new pending number.
