Additional Party Type Fields for Notices
Complete the following fields to add parties who should receive notices.
Additional Party Type Fields
| Field Name | Field Description |

| Party Type | From the drop-down list, select the party type who should receive the notice. |
| Print to Party's Attorney or Party if No Attorney | Select this option to print a notice for the additional party or the additional party's attorney.

 beside the Form field to select the form to use.
Select the Lead Attorney check box to only send the notice to the lead attorney if multiple attorneys exist.

| Always Print To | Select this check box to have a notice always sent to either the party or the party's attorney.
Select either the Party or Party's Attorney check box.

beside the Form field to select the form to use.
If the Party's Attorney check box is selected, then select the Lead Attorney check box to only send the notice to the lead attorney if multiple attorneys exist.
