Additional Fields on Condition Codes
On the Add/Modify Condition Code dialog box, click 
in the Additional Fields section to add any additional fields you want to be displayed when the code is used.

Additional Fields
Select the check box next to the additional fields that should be displayed when the Conditions code is selected, or clear
the check box to remove the field from the code. Additionally, from the drop-down list, indicate whether the additional field
is Optional or Required. The following additional fields are available for Conditions codes:

Defaults Fields
The information in the Defaults section indicates the default values for the additional fields.
| Field Name | Field Description |
|---|---|
| Location | From the drop-down list, select the default location to be displayed in the additional Location field. |
| Comment | Type any comments to be displayed when the Comment field is added as an additional field. When you finish typing, click  to check your spelling. If you need additional space to type your comments, click  .

| Amount | Type the detail amount to be displayed in the Amount field. |
| Duration | Indicate the duration of the conditions using the Years, Months, Days and Hours fields. |
| Calculate Interim Conditions End Date | Type the number of days used to calculate the end date of the condition. |
| Charges | From the drop-down list, indicate whether default charges should be displayed on the condition code. |
