Adding Tokens to Forms
Tokens can be added to forms created in Odyssey.
To add tokens to a form:
1. Select Forms and Documents from the home page. Select a form type from the Maintain Your Forms section. If necessary, select a form sub-type.
2. Click Image for the appropriate form.
3. Place the cursor in area of the document where you want the token added.
4. Click the Image next to the form token category, and then select the token you want to add.
Tokens are identified with angled brackets and underscores on either side of the name. Click here for information on adding token parameters. Click Token Help in the navigation menu for information on values and descriptions available for the selected token.
For example, the Defendant Name token is shown as <_Defendant Name_>.
When you are adding tokens to forms, you can create tables that automatically expand to fit the associated information.
