Adding Receipted Bonds in Case Manager
Receipted bonds are bonds on which the user collects money. Receipted bond records can be maintained through the navigation menu.
Complete the following steps to add a receipted bond:
1. Access the Add a Bond page.
Option Description
From the navigation menu
a. Select Add a Receipted Bond in the Bonds group.
b. Select the type of receipted bond: civil, criminal, family, or probate or mental health.
From a case record
a. Find a case.
b. Access the Bonds tab.
c. Click Image in the Cash Bonds section.
From a party record
a. Find a party.
b. Access the Bonds tab.
c. ClickImage in the Cash Bonds.
d. Select a case category.
2. Complete the fields on the following tabs:
•  Detail
•  Status
•  Payment
3. Click Save.
Bond information is displayed on the Bonds tab of a case or party record and can be modified.
