Maintaining Notification Message Templates
The Notification Template Editor dialog box allows you to configure e-mail templates for different kinds of notifications.
To add or modify a notification message template:
1. Click Administration on the Case Manager Home page. Click Notification Message Template Configuration in the Template Configuration section.
2. Click Add New Rule to add a citation template, or select an existing template from the Configured Rules section and click Edit.
3. Complete the fields on the notification template editor fields.
