Queues are used to store items, such as scanned documents, so that multiple users can access and attach the image to a case.
The Queue Listing page shows all of the queues that are assigned to your user ID.

The current location displays at the top of the page. Click to change the selected location.

Sort the order of the list by the following criteria:

| Refresh |
Click Refresh (ALT+R) to refresh the listing. Any changes have been made to queue names, items, or statuses are reflected.

| Previous/Next |
If there are multiple pages, click Previous (ALT+P) and Next (ALT+N) to move through the list.
