Workflow Queue Listing
Queues are used to store items, such as scanned documents, so that multiple users can access and attach the image to a case. The Queue Listing page shows all of the queues that are assigned to your user ID.

All available queues are displayed. Click a queue to view more details.
Workflow Queue Options
Option Name Option Description
Current Location The current location displays at the top of the page. Click Image to change the selected location.
Sort Sort the order of the list by the following criteria:
•  Supervision Type
•  Case Status
•  Case #
•  Party
Refresh Click Refresh (ALT+R) to refresh the listing. Any changes have been made to queue names, items, or statuses are reflected.
Previous/Next If there are multiple pages, click Previous (ALT+P) and Next (ALT+N) to move through the list.
