Workflow Path Step Fields
Complete the following fields to maintain workflow paths.
Escalation
Field Name Field Description
After n Item is “Overdue” Select the check box and complete the free-text field with the amount of time that must pass before an item is considered overdue and escalated.
After n E-mail Select the check box and complete the first free-text field with the amount of time that needs to pass before an item is escalated.
In the E-mail field, type the e-mail address to where the escalation must be sent.
After n Move to Queue Select the check box and complete the first free-text field with the amount of time that needs to pass before an item is moved to the queue.
In the Move to Queue field, select the queue to send the item to once the amount of time entered in the free-text field has passed.
When Complete
