Warrant Service Tab Fields
Complete the fields displayed on the Service tab of a warrant record.

Officer Assigned
Field Name Field Description
Date Enter the date when the officer was assigned to the service.
Agency From the drop-down list, select the agency to include in the filter.
Badge # Type the badge number of the officer.
Officer An agency must be selected before selecting an officer. If your office validates officers, the officer with the indicated badge number is automatically displayed. If the badge number of the officer is not known, click Image to search for an officer. If your office does not validate officers, type the name of the officer in the space provided.
Comment Type notes or comments related to the record. Click Image for additional space. Click Image to check the spelling of the text entered.
NCIC / State / Regional
These dates are editable only in the Odyssey Law Enforcement or Jail Manager Product Centers and are read-only in Case Manager and Prosecutor.
Field Name Field Description
NCIC Entered The date that the warrant was entered into the NCIC database.
NCIC Cleared The date that the warrant was cleared from the NCIC database.
State Entered The date that the warrant was entered into the state database.
State Cleared The date that the warrant was cleared from the state database.
Regional Entered The date that the warrant was entered into the regional database.
Regional Cleared The date that the warrant was cleared from the regional database.
Arrest Information
Field Name Field Description
Arrest Date Enter the date when the defendant was arrested. If this warrant is linked to an arrest report, only the data is displayed
Arrest Time Type the time of the arrest. If this warrant is linked to an arrest report, only the data is displayed.
Badge # Type the badge number of the arresting officer. If added as part of the booking process, the booking officer's badge number is the default.
Officer Type the name of the arresting officer.
