W-9 Filed Fields
The following fields are displayed on the W-9 Filed dialog box.

| All Locations | Select this check box to file the tax ID at all locations. |
| Select Location | If the tax ID should not be filed at all locations, click  to indicate the location to which the tax ID should be filed.
