Case Style |
This section includes location, filed on date, and case number history.
If there are case cross-reference numbers associated to the case as shown on theDetail tab, those numbers and their associated types are displayed on theCase Summary as well.

Case Information |
Including offense, degree, date, case type, defendant, arrest dates, bond information, warrant information, etc.
TheOffense section may include the charge ID number and sequence number field. This field is used to uniquely identify the charge throughout
all the integrated judicial products. Filed As is displayed before original charges. The most recent plea information for the charge is listed if an amended plea exists.
This field has a site-configurable label that may be displayed as the charge ID, TRN/TRS, or OBTS/Seq#.
Click Options to display and print warrant information. You can choose to display the warrant type, most recent status and date, fine and
bond amount, or you can choose to hold without bail or bond. You also have the option to display any notes added via theNotes tab on a case.
The name of the party issued to a warrant displays in theWarrants section of the View Case Summary dialog box, which helps clarify who the warrant was issued for. The issuing judicial officer is also displayed.
You also have the option to display and print bond information on the View Case Summary dialog box. You can choose to display the bond type, bond number, bond amount, most recent status and date, and all counts
associated with the bond.

Party Information |
All party information on the case is displayed in this section. This includes plaintiff, defendant, and witness information
such as address, race, sex, age, and date of birth.
When a party's address information is marked as confidential, users who do not have rights to view the address information
see either Confidential Address or the verbiage your office configured to be displayed for confidential addresses.

Events & Orders of the Court |
A variety of information can be displayed here, including case events, conditions, pleas, hearing, etc. When applicable, cancellation
reason descriptions are displayed. The judicial officer is displayed on any kind of event that can have a judicial officer.
Court events entered on the same day are displayed in chronological order. Hearings that are scheduled from the Courtroom Minutes for Case dialog box display differently than other events.
Additionally, a defendant's name is displayed only next to a plea, disposition, or sentence event if there are multiple defendants.
GOC (General Offense Character) codes are displayed in this section next to the related dispositions.
The View Case Summary dialog box also displays information on suspended criminal fines, when applicable.

Pronounced Fine $ | This field displays the amount of the pronounced fine. |
Suspended Fine $ | This field displays the amount of the suspended fine. |
Total Fine $ | The total amount due displays in this field. The total amount is calculated by subtracting the amount in theSuspended Fine $ field from the amount in thePronounced Fine $ field. |
Time Standards |
Time standards on the Case Summary dialog box now include a target date, a time standard description, and a completion date—just as theTime Standards tab does. Active time standards have a target date in the future and do not have a completion date. Overdue time standards
have a target date in the past and do not have a completion date. Completed time standards have both a target date and a completion
date.

Placements |
The Case Summary dialog box includes an option to display placement information.
