Victim Connection Fields

The following fields are available when maintaining or adding victim connections on the Witnesses or Victims tab of a case record.

Connection Details

Field Name	Field Description
Connection	From the drop-down list, select the victim connection type.
Party	This field is automatically populated by the party name.
Added	Enter the date when the victim was added.
Removed	Enter the date when the victim was removed.
Reason	From the drop-down list, select the reason the victim was removed. This field is required when a removed date is added.

Victim Details

Field Name	Field Description
Disabled / Handicapped	Select this check box to indicate the victim is disabled or handicapped.
Notification Required for Court Events	Select this check box to indicate that a notification is required when court events are scheduled.
Relationship	Select the victims relationship to the party.
PIN	Type the personal identification number related to the victim connection.
Compensation #	Type the compensation number to associate with this victim connection.
Comment	Type any additional comments related to this victim.
