Search (ALT+S) | To search for a specific user, click Search and complete the find a user list fields.
After the list has been filtered, click Get All Users (ALT+G) to view the complete user list.

Show Obsolete Lists | User lists can be made obsolete by entering an obsolete date on the user list record. To view user lists that have been made
obsolete, select this check box. Lists with an obsolete date are displayed in addition to the active user lists, but they
are marked out.

Sort | User lists can be sorted alphabetically by code words or descriptions. Select your preferred sort method from this drop-down list. If you choose a different sort method while navigating through several pages, the system takes you back to the first page in the list. |
Matches Per Page | Use this drop-down list to indicate how many user lists should be displayed on the page at a time by selecting 15, 20, 25, or 50 matches per page. |

Add New User List | If you have the right to add user lists, this option is displayed in the right-click menu. Select this option to add a user list to the table. |
Copy User List | If you have the right to modify user lists, this option is displayed in the right-click menu. Select this option to modify the selected user list. |
Obsolete Today | If the user list has not already been made obsolete and you have the right to modify user lists, this option is available in the right-click menu. Selecting this option enters the current date in the Obsolete Date field on the user list record. When a user list is made obsolete, it is no longer accessible to users and cannot be selected. |
