Updating Case Type Local Behaviors
The Case Type Configuration Tool lets you perform updates to case type codes local behaviors.
To update case type local behaviors:
1. Click Administration from the navigation menu. Click Case Type Configuration Tool in the Case Tools section.
2. Click Image beside the Location field to select the location for which you want to update the case type behaviors.
3. Click Get Codes to retrieve a list of codes and their attributes from the selected location.
4. Complete the necessary modifications to the case type configurations using one or more of the following options.
Option Description
Copy Click this link to copy the case types and their attributes to the clipboard so they can be pasted into an Excel spreadsheet.
Paste Click this link to paste data from the clipboard into the table in the application.
Pasted data is not editable.
Clear Click this link to clear all data from the table.
Update Click this link to update the case types with the data from the table.
