The Party Unmerge function allows you to unmerge party records that have previously been merged using the Party Merge function.
To unmerge parties:

Use the menu path for the appropriate product center.

Click Administration from the navigation menu. Click Unmerge in the Party Tools section.

| Jail Manager |
Click Administration from the navigation menu. Click Unmerge in the Party Tools section.

| Attorney Manager |
Click Administration from the navigation menu. Click Party Tools in the Tools section, and then click Unmerge.
|
| Check Manager |
Click Administration from the navigation menu. Click Party Tools in the Tools section, and then click Unmerge.
|
| Supervision |
Click Administration from the navigation menu. Click Party Tools in the Tools section, and then click Unmerge.

| Law Enforcement |
Click Administration from the navigation menu. Click Party Tools in the Tools section, and then click Unmerge.

Click Merge History (ALT+M) to view all party merges that have occurred for that party. |

Click Unmerge (ALT+U) to immediately process the job or Schedule (ALT+H) to set a time at which the job will run. |
The Party Unmerge dialog box is displayed with a message that states the party unmerged was completed successfully.
