New Type Odyssey displays the list of citation types for selection.
Fees/Same Select this option to go to the case Financial tab to add fees to the case. Click Save on the case record to save the financial information and return to the Add a New Citation page to add another citation. The new citation is automatically populated with the type and subtype from the previous citation.
Same Citee This option can be used to copy all data from the citee you previously added. If there are multiple citations for one citee, this allows you to copy the data without having to reenter it.
Same Case This option allows you to copy all data from the citation header you previously created as well as data from the Citee, Vehicle, and Incident tabs. When you click the Same Case button, you are routed to the Add a New Citation page. The data from the Citation header on the original citation is copied to the new citation, and the Charges tab is selected. The Case Type and Sub-Type fields in the Citation header are disabled for successive citations, as well as the entire Citee tab. The Case #, Filed Date, and Filed Time are also disabled on the Incident tab. Any new information entered is added as a new charge on the selected case.
