Transaction Listing Report Fields
Complete the following fields to generate the transaction listing report.

Field Name Field Description
Locations Click Image to select the locations that contain the data for the activity.
Financial Categories Type the financial category codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Fee Categories Type the fee category codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Collection Statuses Type the collection status codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Date Range Enter dates in the Start Date and End Date fields to specify a date range for the activity.
Date Type Select a date type from the drop-down list provided. This way, your system finds the transactions that were entered in a given date range. (i.e., transaction date).
Sort Order Select how you want the items to be listed on the report.
Include Types From the drop-down menu, select whether you want to include charges, payments, credits, disbursements, or another type.
Credit Types Type the credit type codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Entered By Enter the name of the user who physically entered the transactions.
Report Type Using the drop-down menu provided, you can choose to generate a summary or detail report.
Report Options The following options are available for this report:
•  Include Comment
•  Save as a CSV File
List Name Type a name in this field if you want to save the data in the report as a list in List Manager. After you generate the report, you can then access List Manager to view the list.
If the list name you entered already exists for your used ID, the report output will overwrite the existing list.
