| Time Standards |

| Magistrate |
Use the user-defined Magistrate field drop-down list to filter the report to include only cases for the selected magistrate.
When the user-defined magistrate field is added to the report page, the Sort Order #1 and Sort Order #2 fields are also updated with the user-defined magistrate label as an option.

| Include Unassigned Cases |
Select this check box to include cases without a hearing master assigned in the report. |
| Scheduled Target Date |
Enter dates in the Start Date and End Date fields to specify a date range for the activity.

| Sort Level #1 |
From the drop-down list, select the initial sorting method for the report. |
| Sort Level #2 |
From the drop-down list, select a secondary sorting method for the report. The options available depend on the Sort Level #1 selected.

| Report Options |
The following options are available for this report:

Select the Include Completed Time Standards check box to include all time standards on the report that match the target dates used in the report parameters, regardless
if it has a complete date. |

Select the Include Causing Action in Comments check box to display the causing action for each time standard in the Comments column on the report. |

Select the Do Not Truncate Comments check box to wrap text in the Comments column, instead of truncating text. |

Select the Include Case Status check box to display the Case Status column on the report. By default, the Include Case Status check box is not selected. |

| List Name |
Type a name in this field if you want to save the data in the report as a list in List Manager. After you generate the report,
you can then access List Manager to view the list.
If the list name you entered already exists for your used ID, the report output will overwrite the existing list.

| Append Job ID Number to List Name |
When this check box is selected, the job ID number is added to the list name entered in the List Name field. If the List Name field is left blank, the Append Job ID Number to List Name check box is unavailable.
