Time Standards Fields
Complete the following fields to maintain time standards.

Field Name Field Description
Time Track Listed only on automatic time standards, this is the time standard assigned for this case type.
New/ Existing Time Standard If you are entering a time standard manually, select one of the following options:
•  New
•  Existing
If you select Existing, select the time standard from the drop-down list, otherwise, continue completing the fields.
Party If your system is configured to add time standards based on service events, and one time standard is created for each party selected for a service event, the party is displayed.
Target Enter the date whenyou expect the time standard to be completed.
Do Not Recur Time Standard
Select this check box if you do not want the time standard to recur.
Leave the check box deselected to make the time standard automatically recur on the case.
Completion Enter the date whenthe manual time standard is completed.
Difference
The time difference between the estimated Target date and the Completion date entered is displayed.
If the completion date is before the target date, this number is negative.
