Field Name	Field Description
Locations	Click to select the locations that contain the data for the activity.
Reporting Period	From the Month drop-down list, select the month for which this report is generated. From the Year drop-down list, select the year for which this report is generated.
Warnings Administered (Juv)	Type the number of juvenile warnings administered in the reporting period.
Statements Certified (Juv)	Type the number of juvenile statements certified in the reporting period.
Search Warrants Issued	Type the number of search warrants in the reporting period.
Magistrate Warnings (Class A and B Misd Only)	Type the number of class A and B misdemeanor magistrate warnings administered in the reporting period.
Magistrate Warnings (Felonies)	Type the number of felony magistrate warnings administered in the reporting period.
Emergency Protection Orders	Type the number of emergency protection orders issued in the reporting period.
