| Error Type | Type the error type codes to be included in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click  or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.

| Date Type | From the drop-down list, select the date type to be used when validating data to be included within the date range. |
| Date Range | Enter dates in the Start Date and End Date fields to specify a date range for the activity. |
| Sort Order | Select how you want the items to be listed on the report. You can choose to sort by name, contents of the data field, or TRN. |
