TX Judgment Component Fields

The TX judgment component lets you add details to a judgment made in a magistrate court. This judgment is available for civil, family, and probate case types.

Field Name	Field Description
Date	Enter the date when the judgment was entered.
Awarded Against	Click to select the party against whom the judgment was awarded.
Jury	From the drop-down list, select the whether a jury is necessary.
Court Reporter	From the drop-down list, select the court reporter for this case.
Volume	Type the volume number of the book in which the details of this case are recorded.
Page	Type the page number of the book in which the details of this case are recorded.
Comment	Type any additional comments related to the judgment.
Amount	Type the amount awarded in this judgment.
Pre-Judgment Interest	Type the amount of pre-judgment interest included in this judgment.
Court Costs	Type the amount of court costs included in this judgment.
Attorney Fees	Type the amount of attorney fees on the judgment.
Judgment Credits Paid	Type the amount of judgment credits paid on this judgment.
Total Judgment	This field is automatically populated with the sum of the preceding fields.
Post Judgment Interest Rate	Type the interest rate to apply to the judgment.
Dismissal Rate	Select this check box if the judgment was dismissed.
Date	Enter the date when the dismissal occurred.
Reason	Type the reason for the judgment dismissal.
