Session Report Fields
Complete the following fields to print a list of the hearing settings for that session.
Session Report Fields
Field Name Field Description
Report Body Template Select how the session report should be displayed. For example, you may have the option to show a summary, basic listing, or detailed listing of the schedule.
Include rescheduled hearings Select this check box to include rescheduled hearings on the calendar. Rescheduled hearings originally scheduled within the date range but have been moved outside of the date range are then printed on the calendar. Rescheduled hearings are marked with an (R) on the report.
Hide style/party detail on cases with Security Groups If selected, cases that have a security group will substitute the word ”Confidential” for the style and will not display any parties or participants. Attorneys will show on the printout.
Include blank rows at end of each hearing Select this check box to include a specific amount of blank rows below each hearing. Select this check box and Number of rows becomes required entry.
Number of rows Type the number of rows to show at the end of each hearing.
Include page breaks after court sessions Select this check box to include a page break after each court session. Disabled if the Primary Sort order selected is by Court Session.
Primary Sort Select how you want the items to be listed on the report. The following options are available:
•  Case Number means the hearings are listed in order by case number.
•  Court Session Order (grouped) means the hearings are grouped by the court session they are in and the court sessions are listed in the order in which they occur.
•  First Defendant's Last Name means the hearings are listed in order by the last name of the first defendant listed on the case.
•  First Plaintiff's Last Name means the hearings are listed in order by the last name of the first plaintiff listed on the case.
•  First Plaintiff's Attorney Name means the hearings are listed in order by the attorney name of the first plaintiff listed on the case.
Secondary Sort Select the second option you want to use to sort the hearings on the calendar. The options available here depend on what you selected in the Primary Sort field.
For example, you may want to sort by the first defendant's last name within a court session. If that is the case, select Court Session Order for Primary Sort and First Defendant's Last Name for this option.
