Complete the following fields when maintaining service attempts on civil papers and warrants.

| Field Name | Field Description |

| Date | Enter the date when the service attempt occurred. |
| Time | Type the time when the service attempt occurred. |
| Badge # | Type the badge number of the officer. |
| Officer | An agency must be selected before selecting an officer. If your office validates officers, the officer with the indicated
badge number is automatically displayed. If the badge number of the officer is not known, click  to search for an officer. If your office does not validate officers, type the name of the officer in the space provided.

| Mileage | Type the total mileage for the service attempt. |
| Amount | This field is automatically populated with the amount to charge for the mileage entered. |
| Comment | Type notes or comments related to the record. Click  for additional space. Click  to check the spelling of the text entered.
