Select Vehicles Fields

The following fields are displayed when performing the Select Vehicles query.

Field Name	Field Description
License Plate and State	Type the license plate number and the corresponding state in these two fields.
Vehicle Type	Use the drop-down list to select the type of vehicle you are adding (e.g., Truck, Bus, Car, etc.).
Style	Select the style of the vehicle using the drop-down list (e.g., two door, four door, flatbed). Click the arrow to view a list of codes, or press F4 to find a code.
Year	Type the vehicle's year.
Make	Select the vehicle make from the drop-down list (e.g., Ford, Buick, GMC). Click the arrow to view a list of codes, or press F4 to find a code.
Model	Type the vehicle model.
Color	Type the color of the vehicle, or select a color from the drop-down list provided.
VIN #	Type the vehicle identification number.
Condition	Determine the vehicle's condition, or select one from the drop-down list (e.g., good, fair).
Description	Type any other description of the vehicle in the space provided.
