Print / Send All Notices OR Print / Send Only Unsent Notices Indicate the notices you want printed. The following options are available:
•  Select Print / Send All Notices to print the notices for all hearings included in the selected court session. This option ignores whether or not the notices have been previously printed.
•  Select Print / Send Only Unsent Notices to print only the notices that have NOT been printed before. This prevents the same hearing notices to parties or attorney multiple on multiple occasions.
Once Per Select when to print the notices. Since an attorney or party may be involved with more than one case at a time, indicate how many notices should be sent to the same attorney or party using the following options:
•  Select Case for the attorney or party to receive only one notice per case. For attorneys, this doesn't account for how many parties they are representing on that case. For example, if an attorney is representing three different plaintiffs for the same case, he or she only receives one notice for the case. If the same attorney is to appear for a different case on the same docket, she would receive a different notice for the second case.
•  Select Docket for the attorney or party to only receive one notice regardless of how many times his or her name appears within the print job. For example, if an attorney's name is listed for three different cases in one session, notices for those three cases are combined into a table and only one notice is sent.
•  Select Occurrence for the attorney or party to receive a notice each time his or her name appears on the docket. For example, if an attorney is representing three plaintiffs for the same case, his or her name appears three times and he receives three notices for the same case.
