Select Incidents Fields
The following fields are displayed when performing the Select Incidents query.
Select Incidents Fields
Field Name Field Description
Locations Click Image to select the locations that contain the data for the activity.
From Case # Click Image to find a case to select a beginning case number that the activity should include.
To Case # Click Image to find a case to select to select an ending case number that the activity should include.
Incident Status Type the incident status codes to be included in this activity. Enter dates in the Start Date and End Date fields to specify a date range for the activity.
Status Date Range Enter dates in the Start Date and End Date fields to specify a date range for the activity. The dates entered in these fields are the date when the selected incident status codes were applied.
Incident Type Type the incident type codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Incident Subtype Type the incident subtype codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Security
Certain types of cases require higher levels of security. If you want to assign a security flag to the case, type the security code, or select a security code from the drop-down list.
You can also place the cursor in the Security field, and press F4 to search for and select a security flag code.
Location Type Type the location type code for the incident to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Location Type the location of the incident to include in the activity. This field will query the text that is stored in the Location field located on the call record. Using a text search field
Intersection Type the intersection. This field will query the text that is stored in the Intersection field located on the call record.
Subdivision Type the subdivision codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Area Type the area codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
District Type the district codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Offense Codes Type the offense codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
UCR Type the UCR codes to be included in this activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Agencies Type the agency codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Officers Type the officer codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Investigating Officers Type the investigating officer codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Incidents without investigative officers only Select this check box to include only incidents that do not have an investigating officer entered on the Detail tab of the incident.
Investigators Assigned Date Range Enter dates in the Start Date and End Date fields to specify a date range for the activity. The dates entered in these fields are the dates when the investigators were assigned to the incident.
Offense Date Range Enter dates in the Start Date and End Date fields to specify a date range for the activity. The dates entered in these fields are the dates when the offenses occurred on the incident.
