SD License Suspension Sentence Component Fields
The SD License Suspension component allows you to enter license suspension information for criminal case sentences.
SD License Suspension Sentence Component Fields

| Type |
Click
 and select the license types to be suspended.
|
| Suspended |
Select this check box if the selected licenses are to be suspended.
|
| Revoked |
Select this check box if the selected licenses are to be revoked.
|
| Term |
Select this option to specify a term for the suspension sentence. Type the term in the Years, Months, and Days fields.
|
| Effective |
Type the date that the sentence starts, or click
 to select a start date from the calendar.
|
| Surrendered to Court |
Select this check box if the selected licenses were surrendered to the court.
Type the date that the licenses were surrendered, or click
to select a start date from the calendar.

| Driving Permit |
Select this check box if the defendant is granted a driving permit.
|
| 24/7 |
Select this check box if the defendant's driving permit is valid only upon participation in the 24/7 program.
This check box is only available if the Driving Permit check box is selected.
|
| Valid Only with Interlock Device |
Select this check box if the defendant's driving permit is only valid with the use of an interlock device.
This check box is only available if the Driving Permit check box is selected.

| Stay |
Select this check box if there is a stay on the license suspension and type any comments related to the stay.

| Comment |
Type any comments related to the supervision sentence.

Note:
The details of the sentence are displayed on the Disposition tab of the case, the View Sentence History dialog box, the View Case Summary dialog box, the Courtroom Minutes dialog box, and the Public Access Register of Actions for the case.
