If the report you are viewing has a table of contents, click to view the contents. A Contents menu is displayed to the right of the report.

Click to save the report to a file on your computer. When the Windows Save Report As dialog box is displayed, choose where on your computer the report should be saved.
Use the Save as type option to save the report as one of the following:

Select *.pdf to save the report as a PDF. You will not be able to edit the report when you select this option. |

Select *.xls to save the report as a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. This option provides flexibility in making further calculations based
on the information saved. |

Click to print a copy of the report. When the standard Print dialog box is displayed, select a printer and set up your print options.

Click to copy the report information. The report can then be pasted in a different location (e.g., Microsoft Word document). |

Click to locate a certain word or phrase within the report. In the Find dialog box, enter the word or phrase you want to search for. If search words have been entered previously, click the arrow
to select one of the existing search words.
Click Find Next, and the word or phrase entered is highlighted within the document. Click Find Next again to move to the next occurrence of that word or phrase. Select Up or Down to indicate which direction to search through the document.

Click Match Whole Words Only to find only words that match exactly what you enter. For example, if this check box is cleared and you search for the name
“Smith,” the name “Smithson” might also be found. If you select this check box, only the name “Smith” will be found. |

Click Match Case to find only words that match the case you enter. For example, if you select this check box and search for “smith,” the name
“Smith” would not be found because it is not lower case. |

If viewing a multi-page document, click to view more than one page at a time. The configuration options are displayed, and you can indicate how many pages should
be displayed at one time.
To view a single page at a time, click  .

Click to zoom in on the report or to zoom out. You can also choose a specific size from the list (e.g., 100%).

If viewing a multi-page document, click to go to the previous page in the document or to go to the next page in the document. You can also enter a specific page number (e.g., 4/5) in the text box to go to a
specific page of the document.

Click to go back to the page you were previously viewing in the document. |

This button is available after going back in page history. Click to go forward through page history. |
