Receipt Journal Report Fields
Complete the following fields to generate the receipt journal report.

Field Name Field Description
Locations Click Image to select the locations that contain the data for the activity.
Sort Order Select how you want the items to be listed on the report. You can choose to sort by audit ID, case number; date and party last name; date and receipt number, disposition date, party last name; or receipt number.
Fee Categories Type the fee category codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Criminal Fee Codes Type the criminal fee codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Civil Fee Codes Type the civil fee codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Probate or Mental Health Fee Codes Type the probate or mental health fee codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Family Fee Codes Type the family fee codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Miscellaneous Fee Codes Type the miscellaneous fee codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Date Range Enter dates in the Start Date and End Date fields to specify a date range for the activity.
Date Type Specify whether the date range is based on deposit date or transaction date.
First Receipt Number Enter the first receipt number you want to include in the report.
Last Receipt Number If you completed the First Receipt Number field, use this field to enter the last receipt number and specify the range of receipts to include in the report.
Financial Locations Click Image to select the financial locations for the report.
Tills Type the till codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click Image or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.
Citation Number and Disposition Date Select Include Citation Number and Disposition Date to include the citation number and disposition date on the report.
Report Options The following options are available for this report:
•  Indicate whether you want the report to contain both the summary and details, the details only, the fee code summary only, or GL and fund code summary.
•  Select Include Fee Code Breakdown if you want to include transaction amount columns for each fee code in the report.
•  Select the Do Not Group by Location check box if you do not want the receipt journal report to group receipts by location.
•  Select Save as CSV to save the report as a comma-separate values (CSV) file.
•  Select Include Comments to include comments from the Comment field on the Add a Miscellaneous Payment dialog box.
