Protection Order Codes
Before configuring the code behaviors, you must complete the basic code setup, including the code description and the dates on which the code becomes effective and obsolete. After completing the static
fields, you must then complete the fields specified on each individual code.

| Protection Order Number Formats | Indicates the combination of tokens and ID numbers that the system uses to generate and assign protection order numbers | Format – Click  to select the protection order number format.
In Use By Protection Order Types – Protection order types that use this number format are displayed in this section.

| Protection Order Number ID Pool | Indicates the pool, or set, of ID numbers for generating protection order numbers | Next Number – Type the number to use for the next protection order number generated.
Length – Type the number of characters needed in each protection order number.
Restart Annually – Select this check box to annually restart the numbering of protection orders.
