| Report Type |
Use the drop-down list and select what type of report you want to generate (i.e., Activity or Overdue).
The Activityoption uses the Audit Status and Date Range fields to generate a listing of reports that were received or not compliant for this month.
The Overdueoption uses the Due Date and Extension Date fields on the audit report to determine if the report is past due.

Enter dates in the Start Date and End Date fields to specify a date range for the activity.

| Case Statuses |
Type the case status codes to include in the activity. Separate each code with a comma or semicolon. Type All to include all available codes. Click or press F4 to search for and select multiple codes.

If you want to include cases in which the selected case status is the current case status, select this check box. |
| Audit Report Types |

| Estate Value |
Use the Minimum and Maximum fields to enter a value range for the estate.

Use the Group By drop-down list to select how you want to organize the report. |

If you want to use page breaks in the report, use the Page Break drop-down list to select whether you want to insert a page break on the judicial officer or the magistrate option. |

Select the Include Guardian/ Attorney Information check box if you want to include the name and address of the guardian and attorney. |

Select the Include Subtotal by Casecheck box if you want to include a count of the number of reports for a particular case. |

Select the Save as CSVcheck box if you want to save the report output as a CSV file. |

| Sort Order |
Select how you want the items to be listed on the report.
Use the Primary drop-down list to indicate the main order in which you want the information to display. You can choose audit status, case
number, case type, judicial officer, magistrate, or report type.
Use the Secondary drop-down list to specify a secondary sort order based on the primary sort order selected.

| List Name |
Type a name in this field if you want to save the data in the report as a list in List Manager. After you generate the report,
you can then access List Manager to view the list.
If the list name you entered already exists for your used ID, the report output will overwrite the existing list.
