Printing Individual Hearing Notices
After a hearing is added to a case record, print notices for the case parties to notify them of the upcoming hearing. Notices are also used to notify the parties of a schedule change.
To generate individual hearing notices:
1. Access the Select a Notice Setup page or dialog box.
Option Description
From a court session in Case Manager
a. Click View Calendar from the Court Administration section of the navigation menu, and select a court session to view.
b. Click a session and selectPrint/Send Notices on the Modify Hearing dialog box, or right-click a court session and select Print/Send Notice to print a notice for that hearing.
From a court session in Attorney Manager
a. Click View Calendar from the Calendaring section of the navigation menu, and select a court session to view.
b. Click Send Notices to print notices for the entire session, or right-click a court session and select Print/Send Notice to print a notice for that hearing setting only.
From a case
a. Find a case, and access the Hearings tab.
b. Click a session and selectPrint/Send Notices on the Modify Hearing dialog box, or right-click a court session and select Print/Send to print a notice for that hearing.
2. Select a notice setup.
