| Date Range Type |
From the drop-down list, select how the date range selected is used in the report. Select Case File Date to include pending cases filed within a specified date range, or select Hearing Date to include pending cases with the selected hearing types that fall within the specified date range.

| Primary Sort |
From the drop-down list, select the initial sorting method for the report. |
| Secondary Sort |
From the drop-down list, select a secondary sorting method for the report. The options available depend on the Sort Level #1 selected.

| List Name |
Type a name in this field if you want to save the data in the report as a list in List Manager. After you generate the report,
you can then access List Manager to view the list.
If the list name you entered already exists for your used ID, the report output will overwrite the existing list.
