Oregon License Suspension / Revocation Sentence Component
The following fields are available for the Oregon License Suspension / Revocation sentence component.
License Suspension/Revocation Fields
| Field Name | Field Description |

| Effective Date | Enter the date when the sentence becomes effective. |
| Estimated End Date | Enter the date when the sentence is estimated to end. |
| Type | Select a type from the drop-down list. Click the arrow to view a list of codes, or press F4 to find a code. |
| Number | Type a case cross-reference number. |
| Suspend | Select this check box to suspend the license. |
| Revoke | Select this check box to revoke the license. |
| Duration | Type the duration in the Years, Months, and Days fields. |
| Life | Select this check box if the license is to be suspended or revoked for life. |
| Permanent | Select this check box if the license is to be suspended or revoked permanently. |
| Comment | Type notes or comments related to the record. Click  for additional space. Click  to check the spelling of the text entered.
