Oregon Incarceration / Confinement Sentence Component
The following fields are available for the Oregon Incarceration / Confinement sentence component.
Incarceration / Confinement Fields
Field Name Field Description
Duration Type the duration in the Years, Months, and Days fields.
Minimum Type the minimum duration in Years, Months, and Days fields.
Not to exceed Type the age limit for the sentence.
Agency Select the agency from the drop-down list.
Comment Type notes or comments related to the record. Click Image for additional space. Click Image to check the spelling of the text entered.
Remand/Report Fields
Field Name Field Description
Remand Select this check box to enter information for a remanded incarceration.
Report Date Enter the date when the sentence was reported.
Time Type the time of the occurrence.
Credit Time Served Select this check box to credit time served for the disposition.
Report To Select the agency to report to.
Other Charges and Cases Fields
Field Name Field Description
Consecutive Charges Click Image to select consecutive charges.
Consecutive with all previously imposed sentences Select this check box if the sentence is concurrent with all previously imposed sentences on the case.
Concurrent Cases Type the numbers of any concurrent cases.
Concurrent with all previously imposed sentences Select this check box if the sentence is consecutive with all previously imposed sentences on the case.
Consecutive Cases Type the numbers of any consecutive cases.
Eligibility Fields
Field Name Field Description
Statute Select the statute from the drop-down list. If the Duration is less than or equal to 365 Days, then the statute defaults to 137.752. If the Duration is greater than 365 Days, then the statute defaults to 137.750.
Eligibility Select the eligibility from the drop-down list. By default, Eligible All is selected. If you select Eligible Some, the Some Eligibility Considerations field is made available.
Alt. Incarceration Select the alternative incarceration from the drop-down list. This field defaults to Not Eligible.
Some Eligibility Considerations Click Image to select eligibility considerations.
Additional Eligibility Type any additional eligibility considerations.
Exceptions Type any eligibility exceptions. This field is available when you select 137.752 from the Statute drop-down list.
Other Type any comments related to eligibility.
Incarceration Recommendations Fields
Field Name Field Description
Recommendations Click Image to select incarceration recommendations.
Other Type any comments related to incarceration recommendations.
Post-Prison Supervision Fields
Field Name Field Description
Duration Type the duration in the Years, Months, and Days fields.
Recommendations Click Image to select post-prison supervision recommendations.
Minus Time Served Select this check box to subtract the time served from the duration of post-prison supervision.
Other Type any comments related to post-prison supervision.
