Offender Fields on a TRN
Complete the following fields to enter offender details for a TRN.

Jurisdiction Fields

Birth Details
| Field Name | Field Description |

| Date of Birth | Enter the date when the party was born. |
| Place of Birth | Type the party’s place of birth. |
Description Fields
| Field Name | Field Description |

| Gender | Type the appropriate gender code (e.g., M for male). |
| Race | Indicate the party's race by entering the appropriate race code. Click the arrow to view a list of codes, or press F4 to find a code. |
| Ethnicity | Indicate the party's race by entering the appropriate race code. |
| Height Ft. In. | Type the party’s height by inserting the appropriate feet and inches in the spaces provided. |
| Weight | Type the party’s approximate weight in the space provided. |
| Eyes | Type the appropriate eye color code. Click the arrow to view a list of codes, or press F4 to find a code. |
| Hair | Type the appropriate hair color code. Click the arrow to view a list of codes, or press F4 to find a code. |
| SMTs | Click  to search for and select the appropriate codes for scars, marks, or tattoos.

| Complexion | Select the most appropriate description of the party's skin complexion. Click the arrow to view a list of codes, or press F4 to find a code. |
| Citizenship | Select the party's country of citizenship. Click the arrow to view a list of codes, or press F4 to find a code. |
Identifiers
| Field Name | Field Description |

| SSN | Type the party’s Social Security Number. |
| DL Number | Enter the driver's license number for the selected party. |
| DL State | Select the state from the drop-down list. |
| Type | Select a type from the drop-down list. Click the arrow to view a list of codes, or press F4 to find a code. |
| FBI Number | Enter the FBI number assigned to the selected party. |
| State ID | If a number is assigned to the party by the state, you can enter that number to locate the party. |
| Agency | Select the agency that assigned the number. Click the arrow to view a list of codes, or press F4 to find a code. |
| Agency | Select the agency from the drop-down list. The default is the last used agency. |
