NV Confinement Sentence Component Fields
The NV Confinement sentence component lets you add details such as term of sentence, jail credit, or consecutive and concurrent
sentences. Complete the following fields.

| Remand |
Select this check box to indicate the sentence was remanded.

| Term |
Type the term length in the Months andDays fields.
|
| Flat Time |
Select this check box to indicate that the sentence should be served as flat time.
|
| No House Arrest |
Select this check box to indicate that the sentence should NOT be served as house arrest.
|
| Consecutive/Concurrent |
Select the appropriate check box to indicate that a sentence on another case should be served consecutively or concurrently
with this sentence.

| CTS |
Select this check box, and then complete the number of days to apply CTS.
|
| CTS Scenario |
From the drop-down list, select the scenario for which CTS was applied.

| House Arrest (if qualifies) |
Select this check box to indicate house arrest to apply to the sentence.
|
| Term |
Select the option for the term length: a specified amount of hours to be completed per month or year within a set amount of
time, a certain amount of time per month or years over the course of a set time, or an undetermined time.

Select the option that best describes the status of the house arrest. Then, click
 to select the date on which the status was applied.
