NM Suspended/Pre-Sentence Credit Sentence Component Fields
The NM Suspended/Pre-Sentence Credit sentence component lets you add details such as term credits and to which charges the
credit should apply. Complete the following fields.

| Suspend |
Select the option that best describes the sentence suspension. ChooseSuspend All if the whole term should be suspended. Or complete the Years, Months, Days, and Hours fields to specify how much time should be suspended.

| Pre-Sentence Credit |
Type the amount of pre-sentence credit to apply to the sentence term in the Years, Months, Days, and Hours fields.

| Apply to All Charges on the Case |
Select the check box to indicate that the credit should be applied to all charges on the case.

Click
 to select the charges from the case to which the credit should be applied.
