NM Magistrate Judgment Component Fields

The NM Magistrate judgment component lets you add details to a judgment made in a magistrate court. This judgment is available for civil, family, and probate case types.

Field Name	Field Description
Responsible Party	Click to select the payor of the judgment.
In Favor of	Click to select the party from the case who is the payee.
Eviction	Enter the date when the responsible party will be evicted.
Eviction Address	Click to select the evicted party. The correspondence address on the party record is the address that is displayed in this field. If there is not a party with a base connection of ”Defendant,” an address will not be defaulted into the Eviction Address field.
Describe Replevin Property	Type a description of the property.
Rents	Type the amount of rent owed on the judgment.
Damages	Type the amount awarded for property damage on the judgment.
Other Damages	Type any other amounts awarded for damages on the judgment.
Interest to Date	Type the amount of interest accrued on the rent, damages, and other damages on the judgment.
Attorney Fees	Type the amount of attorney fees on the judgment.
Costs	Type the amount for court costs/fees on the judgment.
Total	This field is automatically populated with the total amount of all preceding fields on the judgment.
Appeal Amount	Type the amount of the bond set for appeal of the judgment.
Post Judgment Interest Rate	Type the interest rate to apply to the judgment.
Comment	Type any additional comments related to this judgment.
