Select the option that best describes the confinement term. If the confinement is a set length of time, type the length of

| Enhancement Type |
From the drop-down list, select an enhancement that occurred that added more time to the sentence.

| Enhancement Time |
Type the length of time added to the sentence for the enhancement in the Years, Months, andDays fields.

| Total Term |
These fields are automatically populated with the totals of the term and enhancement.

| Serious Violent Offense |
Select this check box if the confinement is due to a serious violent offense. Then, complete theJustification andConfinement Sequence # fields.

| Suspended |
Select this check box to indicate that the confinement sentence was suspended. Then, type the length of suspended confinement
in the Years, Months, Days, andHours fields.

| Suspend All |
Select this check box to suspend the entire confinement term.
|
| Pre-Sentence Credit |
Type the amount of credit given in the Years, Months, Days, andHours fields.

| Time may be served on Electronic Monitoring |
Select this check box if time can be served with an electronic monitoring device.
|
| Time may be served on Weekends |
Select this check box if time can be served on weekends.
|
| Time may be served on Work-release |
Select this check box if work-release is allowed.

| Concurrent |
Select this check box if the confinement sentence should be completed concurrently with another case sentence. Then, type
the case number in theCase # field and the charge number in theCharge # field.

| Consecutive |
Select this check box if the confinement sentence should be completed consecutively with another case sentence. Then, type
the case number in the Case # field and the charge number in the Charge # field.
