NM Child Support/Paternity Judgment Component Fields

The NM Child Support/Paternity judgment component lets you record details related to child support payments due. This judgment is available for civil, family, and probate case types.

Field Name	Field Description
Paid By	Click to select the party on the case who is required to pay the child support.
Paid To	Click to select the party on the case who is to receive the child support payments.
Children	This section displays the children involved in the child support judgment. Click to add a child, or select an existing child to make modifications to the children involved.
Amount	The total amount of support required as added on the Add/Modify a Child dialog box is displayed in this field.
Fees	Type any additional fees required by this judgment.
Other	Type any other amounts that are required by this judgment.
Total	This field is automatically populated with the total for the Amount, Fees, and Other fields.
Post-Judgment Interest Rate	Type the interest rate to add to the payments.
Comment	Type any additional comments related to this judgment.
