NH Confinement Sentence Component Fields
The NH Confinement sentence component lets you add detail such as term length, credit for time served, and any concurrent
of consecutive sentencing.

Click
 to select the date on which the confinement sentence is effective. Then, in the at field, type the time when the confinement
should begin.

| Maximum |
Select the option for the maximum confinement sentence. Your options are a term, Life or Death. If the term sentence is selected, type the maximum term amount in years, months, days, and hours in the corresponding fields.

| Mandatory Minimum |
Select the option for the minimum confinement sentence. Your options are a term, Life, Death, or Not Applicable. If the term sentence is selected, type the minimum term amount in years, months, days, and hours in the corresponding fields.

| Agency |
From the drop-down list, select the agency passing the sentence.

| Remanded |
Select this check box if the confinement term is remanded.

| Sentence Stayed |
Select this check box if the confinement term is stayed.
|
| Credit for Time Served |
In the Years, Months, Days, andHours fields, type the amount of time allowed for time served.

| Suspended for |
In the Years, Months, Days, andHours fields, type the amount of time suspended.

| Serve Consecutive Days |
Select the check box of the days on which consecutive days are served.
