ND Divorce Decree Judgment Component Fields

The Divorce Decree judgment component allows you to add details related to a divorce decree. This judgment component is available for civil, family, and probate cases.

Field Name	Field Description
Type	Select the type of divorce decree—"Divorce" or "Annulment."
Plaintiff	First, select the plaintiff in the divorce case—"Husband" or "Wife." Then, click in the field below to select the party name.
Defendant	First, select the defendant in the divorce case—"Husband" or "Wife." Then, click in the field below to select the party name.
Maiden Name	Type the wife's maiden name.
State of Marriage	From the drop-down list, select the state in which the marriage took place.
County of Marriage	From the drop-down list, select the county in which the marriage took place.
Granted to	From the drop-down list, select to whom the divorce judgment was granted.
Date of Marriage	Enter the date when the marriage took place.
Number of Children	Type the number of children involved in the divorce.
Awarded Custody	From the drop-down list, select the party to whom custody of the children was awarded.
Physical Custody Decided By	From the drop-down list, select who decided the physical custody of the children—"Court" or "Stipulation."
Domestic Violence Finding	From the drop-down list, select the party who was a domestic violence finding.
