ND Confinement Sentence Component Fields
The ND Confinement sentence component lets you add detail such as term length, credit for time served, and any concurrent
or consecutive sentencing.
ND Confinement Sentence Component Fields

| Agency |
From the drop-down list, select the agency at which the confinement should occur.
|
| Term |
Select the option that best describes the confinement term. If the confinement is a set length of time, type the length of
confinement in the Years, Months, andDays fields.

| Report on |
Click
 to select the date on which the confinement should begin. Then, in theat field, type the time at which confinement should begin.
|
| Suspended |
Select this check box to indicate that the confinement sentence was suspended. Then, type the length of suspended confinement
in the Years, Months, andDays fields.
Additionally, type the amount of probation ordered for the suspended sentence.

| Credit for Time Served |
Select this check box to indicate that credit has been given on this sentence for time served. Then, type the amount of credit
given in the Years, Months, andDays fields.

| Concurrent with Prior Sentence |
Select this check box if the confinement sentence should be completed concurrently with another case sentence. Then, type
the case number in theCase # field.
|
| Consecutive with Prior Sentence |
Select this check box if the confinement sentence should be completed consecutively with another case sentence. Then, type
the case number in the Case # field.
