Memorizing and Recalling Lists
To access the Memorize List dialog box, select the Recall or Memorize option from any List Manager query. From this dialog box, you can save or retrieve the list settings entered on previous list query.
To memorize list settings:
1. Complete the fields on any List Manager query dialog box.
2. Click Memorize.
3. In the Name to Save field, type a name for the settings to be saved.
4. Click Save.
5. To recall the settings, click Recall on the query dialog box, then click the name of the memorized settings listed on the Memorize List dialog box.
Note: If you do not see the memorized settings you need, click Imagenext to the User Name field and select a user to filter the results by the user who created the settings.
